TriplexClassic is a contemporary take on the timeless Classic FM sound. Drawing inspiration from renowned digital synthesizers of the 1980s, this synthesizer integrates them into a user-friendly and accessible interface. The meticulously crafted synth engine is designed to effortlessly produce a spectrum of sounds, from pristine modern FM tones to raw, bit-crushed textures that lie in between these extremes. With six specialized macro controls, TriplexClassic offers an intuitive setup process devoid of complex programming.
Key Features:
- 3-operator FM synth engine supporting up to 8 voices
- Macro controls for adjusting FM amount, harmonicity, phase and bit resolution (labeled as "redux"), attack, combined decay/release, and sustain
- LFO with shape control options such as sine, triangle, ramp up, ramp down, square, random, and customizable destination settings
- Drive control for added tonal character
Known Issues:
- Current standalone app version lacks Midi input support. Please utilize TriplexClassic as an AUv3 plugin for full functionality.
